Step 4 support

Getting parents logged in for the first time.

Parents do not need a new username or a complicated setup. Their existing email address is their login. Share the steps below so they know exactly what to do.

1. Send the launch email

Use your parent mailing list to announce the switch. Include a short message that Enrolio is now live and they should check their inbox (or spam) for an invitation. If they do not receive one, they can still sign in themselves.

2. Use "Forgot Password" to get started

Parents should open the Enrolio app (or website), tap "Forgot Password?" and enter the same email address your school already holds for them. They will receive a secure link to set their own password. That is it — no new account needed.

Tip for parents: If they do not see the reset email within a few minutes, ask them to check their spam or junk folder before contacting you.

3. Download the app

Once their password is set, parents can log in on any device. Encourage them to download the Enrolio app on their phone for the easiest experience — class reminders, messages and payment alerts all come through the app.

4. Add card details

The only setup step inside the app is entering their card information for class fees. This is handled securely through Stripe — Enrolio never stores raw card numbers. Once saved, future bookings and renewals are one-tap.

5. Invite other relatives

Once a parent is logged in, they can invite grandparents, partners or other guardians from inside the app. Each invited relative gets their own login linked to the same child profile, so everyone stays in the loop.

School tip: Add a link to this guide in your launch email, or print a short version for your notice board. The fewer questions parents have, the faster your uptake will be.
